"Delivery went fine, though I was half expecting a problem"
I ordered from summitappliance.com and, i was a little suspicious at first because appliance deliveries can be a mess. But the whole thing went smoothly. It showed up on time, the driver was decent, and the packaging was actually really solid. I checked it over carefully because I expected to find a dent or some kind of damage, but everything looked fine. The box had plenty of protection inside, and the appliance came out looking good. So yeah, no complaints from me.

"Smooth warranty return"
Had to do a warranty return it was painless. Support got back to me quickly, walked me through what I needed, and everything was handled without any drama. Easy process all around.

"I was shopping around for a smaller fridge..."
I was shopping around for a smaller fridge, and summitappliance.com had more options than most of the other places I checked. The specs and sizes were easy to compare, and reading between the lines, it seemed like they carry a lot of niche sizes that aren’t always easy to find elsewhere.

A couple of the models I was interested in were out of stock, which was a little disappointing, but there were still enough available choices that I found something that worked. Overall, it was a solid experience, just not completely perfect

"Really too expensive for what it is"
I really felt like the prices were way too high for the quality you get. I was expecting something a bit better for the money, but it just felt average. Not really worth it for me, and I’d probably look somewhere else next time

"Works for me, but could be better"
I’ve been using it for a bit, and it does the job, but it’s not perfect. The quality feels okay overall—not amazing, but good enough for what I needed

"Appliance works, but support was a pain"
The appliance itself has been totally fine, so at first I wasn’t too bothered. But wow, dealing with support got annoying fast. I emailed twice and had to wait days before getting an actual response. And when they finally replied, I thought, okay great, maybe this will help — nope. It felt rushed and didn’t really solve anything. the product is decent, but the support experience really put me off.
